My stay at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental was a blend of fantastic experiences and some letdowns. The hotel’s warm hospitality made me feel special, though a few hiccups at breakfast and check-out slightly dimmed the overall experience. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for luxury, especially if you’re looking for great service and great facilities.

My stay at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental was simply fantastic! The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and friendliness that made me feel right at home. The hotel is positioned perfectly for exploring Hong Kong, with easy access to shopping and dining. However, the breakfast experience at M Bar fell a bit short with less-than-stellar service. Overall, though, I'd highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and location!

I was upgraded to the executive suite from my deluxe king room, and wow, it was stunning! The bathroom was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, and the overall design of the room was both unique and stylish. I had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfy bed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Marine at check-in was super helpful, and Mr. John was especially kind throughout my stay, arranging taxis and always greeting me with a smile. It felt like I was part of the family, even for just a few nights.
